These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Flow8 Massage's Website, located at www.flow8massage.com/termsandconditions.

By booking a treatment with Flow8Massage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A full payment may be required to secure your booking.

• By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change.

• A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged up to 100% of the treatment fee.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full session fee.

• Flow8Massage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or immediately after the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash / bank transfer / card payment.

• No refunds are available after a treatment has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, please speak to your therapist directly so we can try to resolve the issue.

Health & Treatment Consent

By booking and attending your appointment, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or concerns before your treatment begins.

• You understand that it is your responsibility to keep your therapist updated about any changes to your health.

• You consent to receiving massage therapy as a complementary wellness practice, not a medical treatment.

Flow8Massage reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time if it is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or contraindicated for your health condition.

Suitability of Massage Treatment

• Massage treatments are not a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or care.

• You must continue to attend all medical appointments as recommended by your GP or other healthcare professionals.

• Do not stop or change any prescribed medication or treatment without first consulting your doctor.

• It is your responsibility to check whether massage is suitable for you. If a contraindication develops during a course of treatment, we will re-evaluate and inform you if it is no longer appropriate to continue.

Pregnancy Disclaimer

We currently do not offer prenatal massage. If you are pregnant, please do not book a treatment with us. We recommend seeking a therapist who specialises in pregnancy massage.

Mobile Massage Requirements (if applicable)

If you book a mobile (home visit) treatment, you must provide:

• A safe, clean, and suitable space for the treatment

• Enough room to set up a massage bed or chair

• Access to a power outlet if required

• A quiet, private environment free from interruptions

Flow8Massage reserves the right to refuse or cancel a mobile appointment if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply.

Professional Boundaries & Conduct

All treatments are strictly professional.

• Any inappropriate behaviour, language, or advances will result in immediate termination of the session.

• Full payment will still be required.

• Flow8Massage reserves the right to refuse future bookings from any client who violates this policy.

Liability

• Flow8Massage accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the failure to disclose relevant medical information.

• We are not liable for any worsening of a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed before treatment.

• Our total liability is limited to the value of the treatment fee paid.
